The hanging bubble chair continues to be a popular design choice for many homes that are decorated in a retro or modern style.  This type of chair not only makes a statement but it is also extremely fun and comfortable to sit in.  The chair has been featured in many movies and television series and has won numerous awards.  Eero Aarnio is the revolutionary designer who introduced this design in the late 1960s.  He has always felt that using plastics has given him the opportunity to create just about any shape with just about any color that he is wanted to.  This enabled him to create numerous pieces of furniture that were not only functional but also fun.
  
 An Eero bubble chair is of course made from an acrylic plastic in a round shape.  The opening allows person to crawl into the chair and get themselves comfortable.  What is interesting about the design is it will protect the person from outside noises and create a soothing isolated space.  It absorbs all the sound inside and has often been a great place to sit back and enjoy some soft music.  Since it is made with a see-through material, lots of light is able to stream in.  The hanging bubble chairs are attached to the ceiling using a heavy-duty chain that attaches with snap hooks to the outer ring.
  
 The hanging bubble chair is not only great for indoors, but you can also use the stainless steel outer ring and hang it outdoors.  It is a versatile chair that can be used in your home or even in the office setting.  It is recommended that you use a professional to install the chair in order to make sure that it is anchored properly area.  There is even a rotating clock to create a swivel effect.  The chair comes complete with two cushions that are available in a wide range of colors.
